据气象部门预报，“聂伯特”9号将在福建降落停留36小时，沿海城市和台风经过该地区将有大雨，受影响的路段容易受到交通安全风险的影响。福建省交通厅8日发出预警，提醒有关路段的司机。

福建省交通厅提醒广大驾车者，要绕开或小心通过上述路段，严防路面状况恶劣，避免路面上的滚石、道路障碍物等，危及交通安全；严禁五种桥梁通行；上坡不稳定时，路基掏空，路面深水段及其他路段不应冒险，及时通知当地公路部门。
据了解，福建省交通厅8日要求全省交通系统有关部门取消周末，领导干部依靠原指挥，工作人员坚持岗位，尽一切努力保障交通安全。
